리셉션이스트가 매우 친절하였고 시내관광 안내와 맛집소개등을 알려주어 편했어요 방이 준비되었다고 개인적으로 전화연락을 주어 체크인전에 일찍 들어갈 수 있었어요 위치가 중심가여서 구도심 접근도 가까웠고 역에서도 걸어서 12분 거리지만 조용한 위치였어요 안전도 최고예요

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. First, they let us check in very early. Second, they called a cab for us when we needed to schedule one for our return to the airport. The room was very comfortable, ideally located to the history area, and just fabulous overall. If we ever return to San Sebastián, this is where we will stay.
