There was a free parking spot close by and the location was easy to reach by car. The bus stop is just across the street and the busses to the old town leave every 10-20 minutes and costs 2€ (cash). The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.

Nice modern room, very clean, the airconditioning was superb. When you walk outside the door you are right in center of everything and yet the room was very quiet. Our hostess was kind and serviceminded. We stayed 4 nights and we warmly recomend it to others!

Location. It was convenient for me when meeting up for tours. It was nice to be within the old city and have a chance to walk around with less tourists. I was travelling solo so the small room was fine. It might be very tight with two people. Having teas and a fridge were also great.

The location was perfect: with the stairs down and you were at old town. The host was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very very clean and the private parking space was a plus! Thank you darling! When we come back, it is for sure at this place!!!

We were one of the first guests, everything was very clean and brand new. The communication with Nika was very easy and she even arranged a free parking spot for us in Dubrovnik where parking would have been extremely expensive otherwise. Thanks a lot, would definitely stay there again!

A perfect location close to a great small local swimming area and old town. We can’t say enough about the property and our room. It was roomy, super modern with storage for our clothes and impeccably clean. Gasper was so helpful and welcoming and also organized a fabulous transfer to the airport for us with Dino when we had to leave. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

great little place in the middle of the old town. wonderful host. delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. good air conditioner and an unbeatable price. I would happily come back.
