Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The room was super clean and comfortable! Tamara was very gentle and kind. The structure is located in a very good position for exploring Zadar and the Zadar costline if one has a car. The structure is 10/15 minutes far from the Zadar center depending on traffic.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Samir, the host, was very nice and friendly. He helped us with all questions about restaurants. We could park in front of the apartment. The apartment was 10/15 min walking distance from the downtown. Very close! Samir, we love you! 🤗

One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. The house is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the McDonald’s. Also, the room has its own bathroom with shower, its own fridge and even it’s own kitchen with plates, a stove and a sink. The air conditioning was also a nice detail, apart from the queen sized bed. Great value for money.

The room was really clean. It was well decorated and had great conditions. It was really centric. Maria was really nice, gave us all the tips where locals usually eat and places to visit.

The lady was very friendly. She provided us much useful information. The restaurant near the apartment, which was also recommended by her is very good. There is enough place for parking in the garden, which is the most important point for us. In addition, they provided duvets, not only the bed sheets in September. What surprised me is that there is a small refrigerator, plates and cutlery in the room although we just ordered a normal room without kitchen. We had a really nice time there.
