A gorgeous property with a guy he beautiful room. Right on the beach front but the pool is so spectacular you won’t want to go to the beach for long. The best thing is the family that run this property who are so incredibly lovely and helpful. They absolutely go the extra mile. Just loved it!

Noemi was an amazing host! The villa is exquisitely decorated and extremely clean. We had the top floor room with a huge deck with an amazing view and a hot tub! It was centrally located to everything and right across the street from a Beach club that we spent the entire day at! Noemi was also always available to answer any questions. Great stay highly recommend it!

The villa has a stunning view of the hills around Mondello, which one can enjoy while hanging out around the pool. The place is secluded and private and feels very special. It is very close to the beach by foot as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, again while respecting one's privacy. My husband and I particularly loved the breakfast where one can try out a Sicilian variety of cheese, seasonal fruits and fresh bakery goods, it can be adjusted every day too! Overall the stay was very pleasant and would recommend it for at least 3 days or more to fully appreciate the stay.

This will be a long one, but for a good reason, read all the way through! This booking is a hidden gem, it should have some special highlight to let people know how great it is to stay here. Location: There is really not much to say other than you literally walk down the street where after about 5min you will reach the beach and a nice bakery/gelateria to have a coffee and a quick breakfast while looking at the beach. Appartment: The place is very clean and kept in shape, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom tucked in a corner of the owner's property with a patio space that has a little table in the shade of the trees, a perfect spot that you wouldn't want to leave. Something that is not advertised is that the host provides beach towels, a beach bag, an umbrella and 2 bicycles all at your disposal free of charge, a very nice surprise which just makes all of the above feel even better. Great place, everything in the apartment works with a special mention of the coffee machine, a perfect espresso to start the day. I didn't see a single flaw, it has all that a person or a couple would need. The host: For sure, the host is the best thing about this booking. Dario was very welcoming even a week before we arrived, offering us a ride from the airport for half a price of the taxi you won't find a better option than this! He gave us the option to leave our luggage at the place since we were supposed to arive much earlier than our check in time. Once we got there, we were welcomed by the sweetest lady Claudia, a person you would think is yours and everyone's grandma and on top of that she speaks English. She was the one who showed us around and shocked us with all the things provided with the place that I mentioned above. They also gave as a little booklet with places to visit and restaurant to go to.

Very welcoming houst, Nina, let me check-in early, arranged taxi to airport. Villa was great for enjoying luxury holidays on the budget. Guests can use kitchen, poolside. Fresh sweet pasteries for breakfast. Great place if you like to walk. I love it, so I enjoyed walks to beach, mountain and supermarket. Everything is relatively close.

Emma was very nice and helpful with Lido and restaurant recommends. Their dog Billy was a joy. Good location in a residential neighborhood. Quiet and about 1/4 mile to the wonderful beach. Very clean with a great shower. Great outdoor patio.

The place was clean, spacious, well-equipped, with water and fruit juices provided upon arrival. The owners are really nice, friendly, warm and hospitable. I had a lovely break here and I won't hesitate to stay in Villa Ania again when I visit Palermo.

location, clean Mariano was the perfect host. We loved it and hope to return. Highly recommend both the rooms and the flats. Great value and caring kind host. Near to beautiful beach and great local restaurants!
