The hotel is very nice. The hall and stairs to the room may give the wrong first impression as if it were a cheap hostel, but the room itself is excellent. The room had, everything you could possibly need. The gift of a bottle of house wine was nice. The kitchen is equipped and has breakfast in it. Although we arrived way ahead of check-in time and our room was not ready, we were allowed to leave our belongings in it and given a key card to access it. Overall we very much enjoyed everything, It was a good choice for us

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

Location is great - you can walk to the airport (around 15 min). To us this was perfect because there is no need for taxi or any other transportation. Room was perfect, very clean and nice - as described. Silvia and Francesco are more then wonderful hosts. They were very helpful and welcoming at our arrival. Even provided us with a map of the city and had plenty of recommendation for restaurants and how to experience Pisa properly. They are very caring and lovely and treat you like a family!

Solo nos quedamos Una noche para continuar hacia la Toscana y Como viajo sola con mi hijo y el avion llego tarde noche, nuestro anfitrion se ofrecio a recojernos del aeropuerto y sin esperar nada a Cambio tambien nos hacerco a un take away segurando de qué mi hijo cenara algo ya qué era muy tarde y Todo estaba cerrando. Qué mas puedes pedir!!! Este caballero es excepcional!! La habitation super limpia, las estancias impecables.

Location was great near by everything u want to visit in Pisa. Room was big enough and clean with amazing ceiling decorations.
