We already miss the absolutely amazing FiCO accommodation and Marco, the host. Our room was exceptional! Everything was incredibly taken care of, until the smallest details: cleaning, lights, bathroom toiletries, pillows&bed (so soft and cuddly), minibar, etc. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine/champagne, for spending New Year at FiCO. Marco was always available when we needed his help or advise. He kept in touch at all times. He expected and warmly greeted us at the check in, he helped us find a parking space and also helped us with our luggage. He prepared a map of the city, and even wrote by hand all the opening hours for the main attractions in Ragusa (for New Year’s). He explained everything there is to know about the city, the main events held there and also recommended a list of dining possibilities. Last but not least, he found solutions to our special vegetarian and vegan wishes, for breakfast. The property is very close to the centre of Ragusa Ibla, but the stroll along the streets is an absolute must! The roof terrace view is breathtaking, especially at night. We wouldn’t choose any other accommodation, for revisiting Ragusa.
