It was really great, our room was upgraded to a suite. Also, Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy options as well. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels changed.

For our 3 nights, the Venice trip hotel was a sweet spot. We were close to the bus terminal and in nice middle ground to all the corners of Venice. We slept like newborns and enjoyed breakfast as kids after a day out. Maybe we will look no further the next time in Venice.

Can't recommend this place enough. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. Place is located in a more quiet area (avoiding the crowds) but still close to everything. Felt very safe even during the night. Room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the square. Reasonably priced and for the price I paid, the value was exceptional.

This is a superb place to stay - so central, but feels like it's tucked away. Quite easy to find. And it meant that I could pop back during the day to recharge. The room was great and Maria had thought of everything you might need. The view, looking straight down onto a canal brimming with gondolas means that you really feel that you are right there in the thick of it. Maria was incredibly helpful and made some excellent restaurant suggestions. This was exactly what I was looking for. A little more than I would normally pay, but actually very worth it.
