A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

This booking is the best one we have ever been! The location is great, you can walk to anywhere and is close to bus stop. The room is veeery comfortable and cozy. The bathroom is also very nice and big. The best part is the welcoming: the host is incredible! We only had a few days in the city and she made our trip perfect with tips and amenities. Also, the app was very helpful for planning. We hope to come back soon to Amsterdam and we will stay here again for sure!

The best thing about this room was that beautiful big window. The room is spacious, clean and the host was just amazing! He left us surprise goodies every day which was such a nice touch. The location is really close to Anne Frank and everything else. I definitely recommend this place!

Karen's place is amazing, it's very comfortable and cozy. It's a great quiet and relaxing base for exploring Amsterdam. The bikes are a big plus for exploring the city and the noord (which is a cool area). Karen is friendly and she takes care of every detail for making your stay as good as possible. Would stay again for sure!

Great location and close to pretty much everything the city has to offer. Spacious room and the host was accommodating and helpful especially with the luggage. If you are visiting and lucky enough to find this place available then book it.
