We had a beautiful room in what was a large manor house of a noble family at some point in the past before being owned by the church. There is a lot of stone and wood to the interior of the house which gives it so much character. Guest are free to use to garden to the back of the house and an inclosed veranda on the first floor. There is also a large kitchen with everything you might require and more! A mini-bar honesty system is also available. Restaurants are not far away and the Castelo is a short walk.

The care and attention provided by the hosts was outstanding and only matched by the hard work and care they take of their wonderful property. It is an oasis for weary travellers and the pool is perfect for a relaxing break.
