It’s so clean! We loved the room. An amazing place to stay in Bangkok. Nice friendly stuff, simple but beautiful and extremely clean rooms and common spaces. I would stay again! They also have laundry service for 60 baht/kg.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It’s not exactly near the most popular attractions in Bangkok but it’s well communicated, there’s a bus stop and also a pier nearby. Excellent breakfast! You receive a coupon for every morning and you can choose one meal (European or Thai style breakfast) plus a drink. Everything was delicious but Thai breakfast - just amazing!

The staff is amazing, kind and polite. Helpped us with everything we need. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Every morning we had excellent coffe at the cafe downstairs.

Great place to stay near the main atraction but still in quiet place. Realy friendly owner, gladly help in each situation. Rooms are quite big and have nice and big bathroom.

This was such a beautiful surprise! The hotel is very very clean and the decor in the lobby and the bedroom is absolutely magnificent. I loved the attention to detail and the overall cozy feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew we had a super early flight to catch and would miss breakfast so they offered us afternoon tea as a replacement. And let me tell you, it was so so delicious! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bangkok which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again next time!

Comfortable and clean rooms overlooking a tranquil courtyard. The location of the guesthouse is excellent for reaching Khao San Rd and Phra Athit on foot, as well as authentic neighbourhoods and markets, with a metro station and China town not too far away by tuk tuk or taxi. We liked the welcome and the home-cooked breakfast so much we stayed twice, once at the beginning of our trip, and again at the end of our holiday. So glad we did.

Pj is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at very good location, few minutes away with taxi to the temples and grand palace. 7/11shops are near and we loved the Central plaza Pinklao shopping mall where you can exchange money, buy sim cards, and there are also good restaurants.
