Everything was perfect. Clean and lovely room. Nice and big shower place. Very tasteful and cozy place. The staff is super nice. The only very small downside is that is a bit far off from the city center but I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere very much.

Nadh is an extremely friendly and helpful owner. We arrived by train from Bangkok and despite a more than hour delay Nadh met us at the railway station and brought us to the apartment. The rooms are artistically designed and decorated. Everything we needed or just thought about has been provided/arranged immediately. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Very close to the airport, which was perfect as we arrived in the evening, we were greeting upon arrival with our names up on the wall which was a lovely touch. The guest house is well decorated with attention to detail everywhere and many pillows of course! There is a common area with a kitchen, so you can cook your own food and make drinks etc. My 9 year old son loved the space and wanted to make sure I gave it a 10/10.

Lovely spacious clean room. The fridge was also nice and big. Nice building close to a 7-Eleven and other shops/restaurants. Easily walkable to the centre of Chiang Mai and lots of other places. The owners were very friendly and organised a tour for us when we told them what we were looking to do.
