The receptionist Alina was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was simply fantastic.

Rooms at the Bueno guesthouse have private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating. They also have TVs, and there is a lift. The location is perfect! 2 min from Gran Via and a metro station. Strrets around are full of restaurents and shops, but our stay was quiet. The room was new and clean, it was cleaned everyday. Easy access, great Wi-Fi, the room had all that we needed. My reccomendation!
