Everything was wonderful and who doesn’t enjoy a cocktail every evening before dinner? The staff were so welcoming and made our stay super easy. We especially loved their recommendations for food - every meal we enjoyed in Florence was sumptuous.

The location as excellent. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent communication. Storage of luggage was very easy.

Vi kom med sykler i store esker og fikk lov til å lagre eskene i en uke mens vi syklet i Toscana. Veldig god service og veldig nærme flyplassen.

A recently renovated guest house in Florence and within 5.5 km of Santa Maria Novella, Sweet Home Desiree features a terrace, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. The location was convenient, as there are frequent and direct links to Santa Maria Novella and other areas of Florence. It was quiet and peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and the living space was very comfortable. We were even offered beverages and help around the city. The owner even suggested restaurants, one of which was run by his brother. We got a 20% discount and the food was incredible. The owner also spoke great English, which was helpful as our Italian was very patchy!
