Also there are many rental shops just opposite to it. So no worries. 3. There is a open space outside in the campus where you can drink tea or coffee anytime and every time. Also you get a Induction heater and Pan where you can prepare your morning breakfast. 4. The rooms are clean and cozy. And the price of the stay is definitely worthy. 5. Just 50 metres away you can get the Linda Laundry. 6. Finally a worthy and Budget Friendly Homestay. I Highly recommend.

The place is nice and clean, aircon works well, the room is big, it has a fridge, balcony, etc. The location is perfect, a few mins walking from 7 eleven a nearby restaurants. The staff is amazing, they were very helpful and kind, we are grateful that we stayed here, we will definitely come back here :)

Ideally located in the centre of Chiang Mai, DE LUXE BOUTIQUE & rooftop offers free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The hotel is amazing, starting from the staff. Our host was Nude and nice at the beginning she helped us a lot with some guides and with the operation about the transfer. The facilities are excellent as well as the pool. We definitely would book this hotel again if we come back to Thailand.

The check in was very uncomplicated (I could come any time the key was in the room), everything was clean and the hostess even dropped me off at the airport early in the morning, which was very helpful!
