The place is a bit out of town and since I wanted to relax and rest, it was the perfect place. The facilities were good.

Flo, a really nice guy has created a really special place. It was so peaceful and a really good place to rest and rejuvenate. Sandra and José are beautiful people, they are so warm and welcoming. The food was amazing. I slept well and ate well!! I really recommend this place its an experience in itself. Located 15mins from Barichara is part of the charm. Its very easy to get a local bus at the top of the road or they can call a rickshaw if you prefer. The scenery on the way is lovely too.

We did rafting (definitely recommend the long tour with teenagers! Was a great experience) and paragliding (very experienced pilots) The hostel also organized a free evening of Tejo - a local game night out … try it !!! Free clean water as additional benefit! Outside areas at hostel is great to relax, eat or chat with others. Area around the hostel worth exploring as well

It's a quiet place, surrounding by nature. We met a friendly dog and cat. The owner was not present but managed to provide what was needed for a good stance.

Although the dorm room is a bit small, i don’t have any issue at all since the common area is large for hanging around.
