There are so many food options right around the Hostel, Ubers are super easy to get in this part of the city too. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, the beds are comfy, the view is absolutely amazing from the 10th floor. And our room smelled so good, really great detail! The common areas are super clean and inviting and the kitchen is really nicely equipped. Breakfast was yummy and really filling. Last but not least, the staff is super friendly and helpful and that makes all the difference during super packed trips when you’re tired :) Absolutely recommend!

Everything was perfect. First, I want to thank Eya and all the staff for their kindness. When you arrive, you feel welcome, just like you’re at home. They are very helpful, always smiling, and doing their best to make you satisfied. The room was amazing; it had a beautiful atmosphere. I want to congratulate the decorator as well. I also admired that the place is animal-friendly, there are many cute cats. I came with my husband, but I also think it’s a great place for solo travelers. At night, I saw young people meeting each other and being very respectful. I had breakfast, even though I booked without it. I was surprised when Eya didn’t take any money and said, “It’s from us.” I also booked a Nile cruise with them, and it was an amazing night. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is a separate Wi-Fi network in the different area, all with the same password, so you can connect easily wherever you are Here in Egypt, you often see people trying to take money from you, so when you meet staff who truly want you to enjoy your stay and save your money, you really see the difference and feel grateful that you chose this place. The facilities in the dorm room were among the best that I’ve used at hostels. They’re the cleanest because they’re cleaned every day. I was especially pleased that there were no insects. Breakfast was very filling. I was most impressed with the staff at this hostel. Most of them were university students, working part-time while attending school. They were always cheerful and friendly whenever I interacted with them. I got the impression that they genuinely enjoyed doing their job and being helpful to others. I flew a long way to Egypt looking to view historical sites and artifacts, but the highlight of my Egypt trip was meeting these young people at Landmark Hostel. Whatever degrees or careers they end up with, I wish them success.

You book and budget hotel then taxi pulls up outside and first impression is ‘you get what you pay for’. But then you’re met by Noura and Ahmed and soon realise the staff at 5 star hotels would have a hard time matching their customer service. Noura makes your stay here go from below average to exceptional! I made a special request for my room and she delivered in style. When I asked for a guide to provide a tour she arranged one ensuring no details were missed and at competitive price. She is reliable, somehow always available for your queries or to arrange anything you need and all with a smile. Ahmed and other staff were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was perfect for our needs.

Heaven Hostel oferece quartos no Cairo. Praça Tahrir fica a menos de 1 km de distância e Museu Egípcio fica a 17 minutos a pé. Nice hotel, friendly staff. The room was clean. Breakfast wasn't super filling, but good. Of all the places we stayed in Cairo downtown, this was the best.

Cairo Casa Hotel fica no Cairo a 12 minutos a pé de Praça Tahrir e a 1,2 km de Museu Egípcio. The two youngsters are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They make me feel like I’m at home. I like them a lot. 😊
