The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.

The hostel is about 15min walking from Campo di Marte train station. It is located in a quiet area (far from the main sightseeing), but there is a supermarket right next to the hostel and caffes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was confortable and it has its own locker, power outlet, light and curtains for privacy and they also provided towels. I got a free bedroom upgrade, so the bathroom inside the bedroom was very convenient. It has hair dryer so it is very good for the winter. Breakfast is a buffet and it is only 5 euros. It is delicious and it has many options of food and drinks.

One of the best hostel stays I’ve ever experienced. Really supportive and helpful staff and reception and lovely and quite new building. The food was great too and everything you need was inside the building. One great point that a lot of travelers will appreciate was that they also had a muslim shower in the toilets.

I was in the room with 6 beds: the room was spacious, and there were 3 beds on one floor and 3 on the other. Just 4 of 6 beds were occupied at the moment. It was comfortable tempetature inside, though outside it was rather hot. It was quiet the whole night round. Each room had its own bathroom, which was clean.
