Jacque's Beachside Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Progreso. I rented a bed in the hostel dorm, and it was a lovely experience. Extremely helpful host who will give great local recommendations, and the accommodations are clean, safe and fun

It felt like a tiny resort somewhere in the dessert. It is located 20 min walk from the center. It’s also quiet so you can work by the pool and head out to town in the evening when the temperature goes down

We loved staying at Hostel la Candelaria. The guy in the reception was very helpful and told us many things about the history of Campeche. We took a private double bedroom, which was very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen facilities are good, toilets and showers were clean and the garden is lovely, colourful and full of plants. Breakfast was also very good. Location is perfect, it’s pretty close to the city center in a quiet square.

Great experience! The location was impressively cozy, practically brand new, and 3 minutes walking distance from the main square. Big up goes to the whole staff: Victor and Sergio, with a special mention to Amy! Very recommended.

Excellent location, very close to Paseo Montejo and Paseo 60 where you can have food and drinks. Walking distance to get Va y Ven buses and combis to downtown and Malls. The kitchen is well equipped that make you feel like home. The staff members are young but eager to help us if we get questions.
