The cottage (no.9) was beautiful! Just next to the sea and ready to jump in! The host was very friendly and helpful. Such a great guy! We booked a regular room but the cottage seemed to be available and an upgrade was easily arranged.

We took the bus to the bus stop down the hill and we had to walk up some steps to get to the building and it was just fine. The room was adorable and in a great location. We loved having a kitchen to cook hotdogs and the grocery stores were in walking distance. It was a quaint and relaxing stay.

Set in Kungshamn, 40 km from Uddevalla, Kungshamns Vandrarhem features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests have access to 2 fully equipped guest kitchens. Good accommodation in good location, just a 30min walk or boat ride from Smoegen harbour. Very friendly staff:-) Its clean and there is enough space for parking. I recommend and would come back any time!

Located in the heart of historic Kungälv, 2.5 km from the 14th-century Bohus Fortress, is Nordiska Folkhögskolan Bed and Breakfast. Fontins Nature Reserve is next to the property. The hostel is location on top of a hill surrounded by forest. The facilities were basic, but everything I needed was there and the price point was excellent. The breakfast and the location of breakfast was great. The food was mostly high quality and a huge variety of choices, including fresh baked bread. The location was wonderful, with views of the valley (wonderful, except for the factory down below). The area of town is full of beautiful, colourful houses.
