Nestled on the heights of Anse Marcel, the magnificent and elegant Villa Secret Harbor ideally accommodates 6 guests thanks to its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed and an adjoining bathroom.
The Villa is split into 2 parts, separated by a sublime salt water infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the bay of Anse Marcel.
The first part accommodates a huge living room with a large open kitchen, a laundry room, a beautiful bedroom with bathroom with terrace access and sea view, upstairs a Master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. The view from the bed is spectacular!
The second part is an outbuilding with a bedroom with access to a small private terrace, sea view, a dressing room and a bathroom.
A large terrace will allow you to take your meals outside while contemplating the port, the sea as far as the eye can see and the hills.
The Secret Harbor villa is surrounded by a large tropical garden fenced with gate and has a large private parking space that can accommodate several vehicles. It has WiFi and each room is air-conditioned.
2 extra beds can be added if there are 8 guests.
In order to compensate for the water cuts inherent to island life, the Villa is equipped with a cistern.
The price of the stay includes: end-of-stay cleaning, one cleaning per week (2 to 3 hours for the bathrooms, floors and kitchen), one change of bed linen and towel per fortnight.
If guests want more maintenance services, CAP SXM will offer them extra.
Under the Villa there is an outbuilding reserved for the owners who never occupy it when guests are present in the Villa.

The Villa is located on the heights of Anse Marcel, on the French side, in a quiet and residential area where high-end villas coexist. A few minutes' walk away, discover the port, the pretty beach of Anse Marcel and its shops.
About ten minutes by car, you will be on the Orient Bay Beach or in the famous restaurants of Grand Case.
