Extraordinary accommodation, it left a deep impression on us We left with a heavy heart. It provided a real palazzo atmosphere during our stay. The tastefully furnished lobby "gate" opens onto the "rio di San Giovanni Laterano" canal, so you can even get there by city taxi. Of course, you can also get there by land. :-) We always enjoyed watching the gondolas passing by the gate. The rooms have classic Venetian furnishings, but very modern bathrooms. The owner and the staff are extremely kind and helpful, giving useful advice during your stay. We were greeted with coffee and cornetto every morning. There is also an inner courtyard where you can relax under a cool shady tree after your daily walks. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is a bit far from the main tourist routes, but still close to the important sights. We would definitely like to come back here! :-)

Hospitality A++ in a peaceful oasis that was surprisingly 10 min drive to VCE. Tiny room that suited us perfectly for one night before a 6am flight. All very clean & great value. Excellent trattoria on site (see dinner pics) and offered a breakfast of water bottles, coffee, amazing sweet breads and fresh to squeeze oranges.

The place is absolutely clean and nice. Bed was great even though I request double bed but got twin instead. Location is nice on the hill not the top but great! Staff are nice. Breakfast was ok just typical italian. I would recommend to stay here!
