This is a small boutique hotel with on 36 rooms that packs a big punch! We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were perfect in size, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. There is a bus that goes to the old town for just 2.50 euros and for a return trip after 5pm our fare back to the hotel was free. The hotel is close to a bakery, supermarket etc and just a good place to stay. I would book again.

AMAZING! we loved our stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was friendly and the free parking was such a nice touch. Within walking distance - lots of restaurants.

    Didn't pay 40 euro to walk the wall! Walked the inside. Unusually, you climb as you go towards the sea! Walk the inner perimeter and you will find a hole in the wall leading to a bar with beautiful Sea views.

    If you want to visit beautiful Dubrovnik, book an appartment...

    If you want to visit beautiful Dubrovnik, book an appartment just outside the old town. Get up very early and start your tour in Dubrovnik between 7 and 8 am. The Stradun is almost empty at that time. Between 9 and 10 the first boats and busses arrive and the main streets get overcrowded. A good time to start your walk on the walls. In the afternoon, when it's hot, visit Rector's palace, churches... Have a nice dinner and return to your quiet appartment (while the old town is noisy most of the night...)

    Go early - Europe starts from 9am so if you want to see the Stradum without the crowds, around 8am will give you a much better view for photos that are not all photo-bombed by everyone else in love with this historic city.

    Get in early to miss crowds, lots of cruises come in so check how many ships are in the day/days you are going in to town. Great place to people watch and have coffee or drinks and just relaxing and enjoy.

    Nice vibe on the street.

    Nice vibe on the street. Plenty of action but can get quite crowded. Busy in late September which should be off season so could be uncomfortable in mid-summer. Lots of walking tour groups clog up the streets.

    Cozy room in the heart of the Old Town, just a stone’s throw from the cathedral and the Stradun. The beach and bars are within easy walking distance. The host greeted me warmly and made the check-in process very smooth. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I will come again. Thank you.

    We stayed in the annex part for a night and the room was great. It was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing, just off the Stradun street! Since we were leaving later in the day, there was also an option to leave our luggage in the hotel which was helpful (we carried them to the main part as there was the reception, but technically it can stay in annex lobby too)

    We had a great stay at the the Mali Stradun, the apartment is lovely and in a great location. Tomi was really welcoming and also gave us loads of useful info about the area. It was also great to have use of the hotel pool near by

    Fantastic Stay at Antaeus Residence My partner and I loved our stay at Antaeus Residence. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect – tucked in a quiet side street just a minute from Stradun, right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful yet central place to stay!
