The apartment had absolutely everything you could think of — I’ve never experienced such attention to detail in any other! From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. Hotel Belvedere Locarno, a superior 4-star hotel, is open year-round and offers 90 rooms and suites with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore, the city and the mountains. Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

In addition to the hotel being historic and beautiful, the staff went above and beyond. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. That was in addition to the bottle of wine they gave us upon arrival to welcome us to their beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

The cleaning is done perfectly, in the apartment you will find everything you need, the view is beautiful, you have a parking slot at the location, the check in is realy easy to do, the hosts are very nice, ready to help with any information, they answered fast to our messages.
