The location was great and there are many restaurants that you can walk to. The neighborhood is safe. We took a junior suite, which was very comfortable.

We needed to stay overnight between flights and I was very nervous given the city's reputation. The hotel is by far your safest option for short term stays, it is 2-300 meters from the terminal, you can easily walk it if you don't have luggage, the hotel entrance is just by the security checkpoint, so all safe. We took the complimentary hotel shuttle, had someone waiting for us in the terminal. They have a dedicated entrance/exit in the airport parking so the transfer takes 2 minutes. Swimming pool was nice and you have a nice view of planes coming in to land. Room was clean and with all amenities you would expect.

The hotel is close to almost all well-known landmarks in the city. There are variety of food establishment within walking distance as well. The breakfast at the hotel is also very good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is a spa, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. one night stay to catch a flight the next morning, very convenient location, free car park, a swimming pool and directly communicating with a big shopping mall and food court problem of editing our room key with their machine upon arrival which made the check in process a bit long but it can happen with electronic devices anyway and we got the room key later

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. The reception was excellent given our very late arrival. This standard continued. We had a very pleasant room of good size with a view.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the mall and in a safe neighborhood. Host was absolutely wonderful and super attentive. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Guayaquil. Its clean, really comfy with a kitchen and tv with netflix.
