Our landlord frederica and her family gave us a very warm welcome. The location of the apartment is about 5 minutes walk, so super close, to the old town. They gave us valuable tips for the old town tours, must-sees and restaurants right at check-in. The apartment is in a really quiet location with a great breakfast in the morning. When we wanted to leave Matera in the morning our car was unfortunately towed away. Our mistake. With the help of Fredrica we were able to locate the car. Pascale, her husband, was super helpful with picking up the car and communicating with the towing service and police. Many thanks to both of them. Mille Grazie Rita & Werner

Very clean with hot shower. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We will stay again for next trip to Matera.

Le Dimore Dell' Idris is situated in the Sassi area of Matera and offers individually furnished rooms with a private entrance and private bathroom with sensory shower. Beautiful and very welcoming hotel. Our room was a little house type studio, super cozy.
