They have a room to leave your stuff at so you can freely roam the city without luggages. They even have a bidet which was the highlight of this trip.

Great location, clean room & wonderful hosts! Loved the area below the hotel where you can walk around and eat. The hosts also gave us vouchers for free coffee and croissants downstairs which was a a sweet gesture.

It is situated 600 metres from Palazzo Vecchio and features a lift.... Great location. It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

The location was excellent,close to everything, including the main attractions, the train station, the conference center, and the shopping area. The cleanliness was perfect, and the place was very. We enjoyed the Happy Hour wine tasting, it was a great and fascinating experience, particularly since we couldn’t travel to the Tuscany areas to enjoy that type of tasting.
