The breakfast buffet is amazing and they have also a Bar which had very good drinks. The rooms are big and with a modern design with sound proofed windows. Staff amazing friendly and helpful with tips or any questions. Also good if you need to work the lobby has a lot of space.

The hotel is a 10 out of 10; everything is new and modern,looking very nice. The room was big, clean and having all the necessary stuff. Good breakfast, the staff is very nice. Regarding the location, it is close to Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located ( aprox 10 min walking distance).We went as well to the restaurant recommended by the hotel and we were not disappointed.

The accommodation was great and I can only recommend it. The owner was very caring, welcoming and kind, he communicated well by phone with anything I needed. The location of the accommodation is absolutely unique, the rooms are clean, equipped with everything you need. I can only rate the accommodation 10 points, but it would deserve 11 :)))

Very nice B&B. Super de lux room clean comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Airco was working perfectly and quite. Nice garden a big private parking. Not far from Cascate del Moulino. The owners were very friendly and gave me a lot of useful information. Breakfast is very varied. It will be for sure a option For my next trip and I'll recommend to my friend and family
