Everything was perfect. Probably the best stay I've ever had anywhere. Two floors all to ourselves. Very artsy interior. A private onsen. Exceptional service. Yukata to wear. Lots of gifts.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the host communication and especially things like the small touches - fresh local orange juice, fresh local sorbets and more. The bathroom had wonderful shower and bath with great pressure. We could not fault it for a lovely stay in Ainan.

Super friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. Great location for exploring the shimanami kaido, few minutes cycle from supermarket, maybe 15 mins to port to rabbit island or tatara bridge. 30mins cycle to other side of the island with the shrine and onsen. Everything was really clean and you were well provided for. Only a few beds in dorm room which was nice. Would love to stay again!

The host was amazing, 10/10. Nice atmosphere, nice little menu (recommend trying the liquor) and we got some local citrus (which was delicious). The place is also just really nice.

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful location at the foothills of some mountains on Yuge island. It's quiet but restaurants and convenience store are easily accessible by bike. Was truly a unique experience. Koji was also an excellent host. Would strongly recommend!

This is the BEST guest house we've stayed in during our time in Japan. It is spacious, modern, immaculate, and comfortable. We cooked a lovely dinner in the well-appointed kitchen (there is a grocery store within walking distance). There were a few condiments and other things should you need just a bit of something. We also did laundry (hung some outside and some in the bathroom with this neat air heating machine). The shampoo and hand soap is absolutely lovely and worth a mention. There are a couple fun extras like a mini ping pong table and a tiny gaming console. Shin is a lovely and kind host, providing route and sightseeing recommendations. We only wish we had stayed longer!

Really lovely owner that even took us to the local onsen and picked us up. Also reserved a place at a local restaurant, so we wouldn't go hungry. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and the night sky was cool to see with all the stars. Could store our bicycles under a roof too. Really comfortable beds and pillows.
