One can just sit and watch the lake and listen to its various sounds for ever - and you can do it both ways - either inside the house looking out through the big windows or outside on the mini terrace. You can feel the touch of hosts' hospitality in every detail here. We have already suggested the place to our other family members and friends.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It has a couple of drawbacks, yes, however the positive outweights these. So the apartment is quite spacious for 2 people, has all the equipment for a shorter or longer stay, stable WiFi (although somewhat slow) connection and a massive flat-screen TV that we enjoyed our favorite series on in the evening. We had a nice chat with a friendly and forthcoming host and we liked the free parking right next to the house.

We found it to be the best possible accommodation available in the area. Nice, fresh, clean, spacious , and not too expensive.

Excellent quite country property. Fabulous yard where to relax under an oak tree. New and freshly renovated apartment with wide kitchen and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely hospitable. They gave us a ride to Balvi city (6km away) and later back in the middle of the night! That’s what I call - exceeded any expectations!

The apartement was centrally located and easy to find. The apartement is on the highest floor and accessible with a door code - very convenient. The place was very cozy and the layout of the room very nice. The only thing that could be improved - there was no big mirrors (from floor to ceiling) and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim (extra lights would be handy for ladies).
