The owner is very helpful, speaks French and communicative English. The breakfast was big and very tasty - it was even possible to get a vegan option. I was able to use the kitchen annex to cook my own dinner. The view from the roof is beautiful. The rooms and toilets are very clean. Wifi was included and the connection was good enough to have a zoom call with a camera. The hotel is located right next to the Medina. BIM and taxi station are within a walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. All in all, we had an amazing time at Hotel Terminus. Great service, great location, and a warm personal touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially with team members like Ouahiba who go the extra mile for guests.
