Michael is an excellent host, very professional, with good advice re restaurants and how to get to various sightseeing spots. The breakfasts were plentiful and well made. They did laundry for us and ordered taxis for us twice for a reasonable price. This is a guesthouse, not a formal hotel, so if you are looking for fancy, then this is not the place for you. What you will get is a comfortable bed, a warm room, lots of hot water available for showers, and a tea station where you can help yourself. We had some great conversations with Michael and really enjoyed our stay. We felt at home there.

I Cuzco, 3,1 kilometer fra Wanchaq jernbanestasjon, ligger Way Kap Hostel Cusco, som har en hage, privat parkering, en fellesstue og en bar. The location is great, within walking distance to the main square, but smin a quiet area, off the main roads. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay. This is not a party hostel, so at night everything was quiet, perfect to rest. The beds arranged as little pods are comfortable and allow for privacy.

Location is spectacular - a peaceful oasis in the Sacred Valley. Luis and Silvia are amazing hosts - they make you feel like you’re at home. Service is impeccable and food (both breakfast and dinner) is delicious (some of the best we had in Peru!). Last but not least - there are alpacas! Best hotel in Peru!

I Cuzco ligger Spirit Of The River Lodge, som har en restaurant, bar, en hage, romservice, terrasse og lekeplass. Boenhetene har utsikt over fjellet. SOTRL was a serene location alongside the Urubamba river. The room was bright and tastefully decorated, we slept peacefully each night with the sound of the river. Additionally there is a beautiful sauna - highly recommend. The property is lush with plants and flowers. Breakfast and dinner were always fresh and delicious. They prepare with all organic foods. Owners were warm and welcoming and took us on a day trip on the ATV to some underrated sacred spots. Very special place!

I Cuzco, 5,2 kilometer fra Wanchaq jernbanestasjon, ligger KOSKO Casa Hotel, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. Rómulo and Helga were fantastic hosts: so warm, welcoming, and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We ended up extending our stay here because we didn’t want to leave! Our room was awesome, nicely decorated, good natural light, with hot water bottles delivered each night to make our beds even cozier. Breakfast was avocado, toast and jam, and 2 eggs sunny side up. There was tea and hot water available all the times in the kitchen. Helga loves plants and the garden area right outside the kitchen was very beautiful and with lots of birds! My favorite thing about this place, besides the hosts, is that you can walk out the door and be in a lovely natural park-like setting where you can walk to many nearby archeological sites. Rómulo showed us around Temple of the Moon and gave us a very spirited tour, which was a highlight. It’s a really fun walk into town on the Inca Trail and down a pedestrian stairway lined with restaurants— even though it’s “far” from the city center, it’s actually a very nice walk to get into town, along peaceful paths with no cars! On the day we left, Rómulo drove us into town, along with 2 groups of other guests, and helped us exchange money, get an oil change, find the right entrance to a museum, etc. He took care of all of us and helped us along our way. Incredible hosting!

We are very happy that we discovered this amazing place and met with the very lovely and gentle couple running this property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special stay over nearby Cusco.

CASA HOSPEDAJE EL LABRADOR ligger praktisk til i Cuzco, og har en hage, gratis WiFi og en terrasse. The hostess was wonderful. She helped arrange taxi rides for us. She even went to the pharmacy and picked up Tylenol for my husband.

Hostal EL VIAJERO en Ollantaytambo ligger 18 kilometer fra Bus Station og har en fellesstue, en terrasse og en døgnåpen resepsjon. Most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed in for the price point! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean. The family is also lovely, when I let them know I had no warm water in the shower they fixed it immediately and were generally very helpful and kind.

Hotel-Apartment INKASABIOS ligger attraktivt til i Cuzco, like i nærheten av Wanchaq jernbanestasjon, Twelve Angled Stone og Religious Art Museum. Overnattingsstedet har en terrasse og utsikt mot... Staff were very flexible and helpful, they helped us plan our trip to Machu Picchu and booked us a taxi, the place itself is spacious with great views and comfy beds

Hospedaje Quillabamba ligger i Santa Teresa. Overnattingsstedet ligger 4,7 kilometer fra Huayna Picchu og har røykfrie boenheter. Dina and Mario were super nice. They made us breakfast and gave us a tour to Cocalmayo Hot Springs and Vertikal Ziplining across the valley. It was epic! Super nice people. I am coming back for sure.
