First of all because of the staff who was amazing, so kind and fun and they suggested us beautiful places to visit such as Uqdah, a panoramic view of the city, a very typical restaurant serving local food. The room was very clean and spacious with any kind of comfort. The hotel has also a cafeteria and many parking lots. Highly recommended!!!!

He was very helpful when I asked to change my room. The room was very clean and cozy, had blow dryer, microwave and a cooking stove with the necessary utensils which is not common to find in Ha’il! Bed was comfortable too.
