For 5 days I felt I was part of a warm Thai family. My stay in this family Guesthouse, run by Rod, Nora and June together, was the highlight of 6 weeks travelling in Thailand. The first night the family took me and some other guests to a great festival near an important temple. Another day Nora and Rod took me out for lunch to eat the best Pad Thai. One morning Nora called me into the kitchen and taught me how to  cook Pad Krapao Moo. Other guests even liked my product! Every morning they serve you a different breakfast with local specialties. Apart from that you get a lot of information about Phetchaburi and its specialties (which are many). They offer a free pickup from and drop off at train or van station. Really great service! I also enjoyed using the free bicycle for exploring the countryside. The location of the Guesthouse is central and quiet, close to the river with a good view from the terrace. If you want to have the real, warm, authentic Thai experience, you must come to A+ Hometel and stay with Rod, Nora and June!

Elephant View Camp se află în Ban Huai Thawai și oferă vedere la munte, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și un bar. Se oferă la locație WiFi gratuit în toată proprietatea și parcare... Elephants and Birds! A lovely natural setting. Inventive accommodation, a warm welcome and a fascinating place. The pool was superb and the breakfast was a teal highlight. Special mention should go to the staff who were fantastic.

VALA Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels se află în Cha Am, la câțiva pași de Plaja Cha Am, și pune la dispoziție o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness, o grădină și parcare privată gratuită. Canadian family of four, needing a break (and fresh air) from Bangkok. We had a wonderful time at the Vala and felt welcomed from the second we arrived. I had sent a text ahead of time indicating that I had to follow a very complicated and strict medical diet due to cancer complications. The minute we arrived to our room, a staff member (P’Jib) from the restaurant came to see us and seek details about the diet. I was told that they would absolutely accommodate and they did, for 3 meals a day during the entire stay. The food was wonderful and I felt welcomed by all staff the entire time. To think that I had almost cancelled the trip because of this strict diet, assuming that the hotel would not want or be able to cater to this added complications. This place is a gem, so is P’Jib (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) and all the staff at the restaurant, the reception desk and the cleaning crew. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to see P’Jib on our final day there in order to hug her one more time and let her know how much her kindness meant to me, (it was more than about the great food), and that her level of empathy for the difficult health journey I was on had been a breath of fresh air.

The quadruple room was perfect for our family. Everything is immaculate and well thought out. Each bed even had it's own reading light and plugs for charging. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, served on the roof with views of the mountains and we enjoyed watching all the monkeys. It was a quiet, convenient and pleasant stay. We also enjoyed a lunch at their small cafe which was tasty.

I really enjoyed my stay at Banthai Guesthouse and in Pretburi in general, and next time I would stay for a few days! The guest house was very cute, and the host was gracious and accommodating. I was able to text to let them know when I would arrive so I could drop my suitcase off, and she gave me a great recommendation for a dinner restaurant. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go (train station, restaurants, Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park) within 30 minutes. Even though the rooms are not AC, I thought the fan kept things plenty cool, and I was very comfortable. They even provided a simple European style breakfast with toast, coffee (instant), tea, and yogurt.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Manager, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything and even surprised us with delicious fruit and a small gift for our birthday. The sea is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, this is a wonderful place that will forever stay in my heart. Highly recommended!

Set in Kaeng Krachan, Baan Maka Nature Lodge offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Offering a garden, the property is located within 5 km of Kaeng Krachan National Park. Good breakfast included, good meals at good price. Very nice staff always ready to help.

Baba Beach Club Hua Hin Luxury Pool Villa by Sri panwa se află pe malul mării în Cha Am și oferă cazare de 5 stele, o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness și o grădină. It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club
