The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Only the best!

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Şahane bir konaklamaydı. Odalar ferah ve tertemizdi. Merkeze hemen otelin önünden kalkan otobüsler ile ulaşım çok kolaydı. Personel son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle Hüseyin’ e çok teşekkür ederiz çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Açık otopark yeterince büyük ve ücretsizdi.

Lucerne şehir merkezinin 4 km dışında yer alan Felmis'te 2 teraslı bir restoran, ücretsiz Wi-Fi ve ücretsiz otopark bulunmaktadır. Lucerne Gölü sadece 20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Odalar geniş, temiz ve her olanak var. Otopark sorunu yok.

The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Great breakfast and the bathroom was new and modernized after a complete renovation of the hotel. I loved this place and will stay there again.
