The incredibly warm welcome of smiles and beautiful hospitality, along with a happy dog and cat, it felt like we were stepping into a home. It was the best and calmest place with A variety of teas, boiling water, drinking water, coffee, homemade cookies and banana bread upon arrival with the fire lit for us to get all cosy after our walk along the trail. Super friendly vibes, community dinner was exceptional and the vegan option was the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The views over the valley are beautiful and clear sky’s meant for tea under the stars in the evening :)

Llullu Llama Mountain Lodge ligger i Hacienda Provincia og har en have, fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og restaurant. This was one of the best places I've ever had to pleasure to lay my head. We stayed one night here while hiking the Quilotoa Loop, and what a piece of heaven this place was! Had we known, and had we had more time, we would have stayed two nights just to enjoy the facilities and chill out for an entire day in this beautiful resort. The main building and adjoining cabins/rooms are cozy, warm and inviting. Christian upgraded us to a private room without our prompting and we were just over the moon. The beds were cozy, the shower was hot and the free tea/coffee in the lounge was a nice touch. The home-cooked food (both supper and breakfast) was fantastic and an absolute God-send after a good day of hiking in the rain. The jacuzzi in particular was very much appreciated. I absolutely loved the packed lunch that I ordered for next day's hike (tuna sandwich, homemade cookies, chips, candies and an apple). The paper maps/descriptions of each day's hike were a nice touch, as were the homemade knit scarves and tuques. All in all, we would have gladly stayed a few extra days. Can't say enough good things. Lovely hospitality, beautiful rooms, stunning landscaping.

Nice place, excellent restaurant in-house, Fernando was a great host, very attentive, provided us with nice tours to Cotopaxi national park and laguna quilotoa, as well as transport to other destinations in Ecuador mainland. Very clean and well maintained hotel, highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hostal Cloud Forest for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. Their service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. The setting was great, it offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The accommodations were comfortable, and while the nights can get quite chilly due to the lack of heating, the hostel provides exceptionally warm blankets. Once I was under the covers, I was perfectly cozy and had a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a unique and immersive stay on the Quilotoa hiking loop with warm hospitality, The Hostal Cloud Forest is a fantastic choice. I would definitely recommend it to nature lovers and adventurers alike!

Hostería Hotel Cuello de Luna - Cotopaxi - Country Inn ligger i Lasso og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af gratis cykler, en have og en restaurant. Really comfortable, cosy room. Real fire in room was a treat! Good quality, homemade food. Loads of animals including friendly dogs. Reception/dining area reminded me of a cosy English country pub. The hosts organised a guide at short notice to take us to Cotopaxi.
