The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. The breakfasts served in our room were amazingly fresh and delicious. We loved every moment at this fabulous hotel. An easy 5 minute stroll on to the main street and an abundance of great choices to eat, drink and arrange tours. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities and ambience were superb. How often do you get to stay in a castle on the Galapagos!? Highly recommended!!

Diego was a wonderfully accommodating host – he was very quick and helpful when I had some special requests – and he makes a great breakfast :)
