Amazing staff that made you feel so welcome. They gave us breakfast on arrival and provided us with towels for the pool until our room was ready. The staff can't do enough for you. They are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely experience. It really makes all the difference. Rooms were great, with lovely thoughtful additions, like a welcome bottle of wine and home made lavender pouches with the towels. One room had a huge balcony with sun loungers and a hot tub, which was an amazing surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Really loved our stay, the property is new, the room is beautiful with amazing balcony and overlooking the sea. Pool was awesome, the water was freezing, but it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

We stayed at this hotel and overall it was a beautiful place 🌊. The staff at the reception were SUPER KIND 😊 and loving ❤️. They made us feel very welcome. From the photos, it seemed like the hotel had sun loungers and umbrellas, but that wasn't the case ☹️. Also, only a few rooms had a sea view 🌊. The place was still beautiful though 🌴. Breakfast wasn't anything special 🙃 - being Italian, we love sweet things 🍰. At breakfast, there was a lady who wasn't too friendly 😐, but the young girl was an angel 😇 and super kind 😊! Overall, the place was beautiful 🌊, and I repeat, the staff at the reception were SUPER KIND 😊."

Starlit skies at night and breathtaking sea views to greet you as soon as you wake up and look out of the windows. The tranquility of the hotel and the surrounding area means that just a couple of days here are like taking a whole week of vacation allowing us to quickly recharge our batteries! The build quality, the amenities and the facilities at OLEN are on par with the most expensive hotels. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was brought straight to our door. The property is located on a nice part of the island, just 20 minutes from the main town and just a few minutes from many nice beaches. The location is great for exploring Syros, but we were more than happy to just relax on the grounds and pools of this very unique hotel. We will definitely be coming back.
