The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.
