The room was amazing, a really good size, very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had our own private pool which was a total luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property had splendid views, the most hospitable staff and amazing facilities. It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
