Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Everything felt incredibly fresh, which for me is a huge bonus. The staff was lovely and available by email for any question I had even before arrival. The setting is pastoral—you see green on every side. There’s a horse farm where you can go for a ride. Truly charming. We didn’t try the spa, but my husband had an in-room massage and was very pleased. Very clean. Recommended for anyone looking to escape all the city noise. A car is essential.

Amazing place - away from the crowd of tourists, in the typical Toscan cozy style, old-fashioned, unique, and unforgettable. Lovely breakfast in the garden, and also there was a swimming pool surrounded by fields and trees.

Park Palace är en historisk florentinsk villa som ligger inbäddad bland de toskanska kullarna. Här finns en stor trädgård med utemöbler och pool. Här bor du 5 minuters bussresa från Florens centrum. I loved the location, not because it's close to the city center but on the contrary, because it is in a quiet area with beautiful green scenery! When we first arrived I thought this location is so beautiful it is like I knew where the most beautiful part of Florence was and then booked the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. Great breakfast, very clean rooms, and a beautiful terrace!

Villa Neroli - Place of Charme ligger omgivet av en avkopplande 6000 m2 stor trädgård från slutet av 1800-talet, 10 minuters bilresa från Florens historiska stadskärna. The most comfortable room during our two week vacation. We looked forward to returning to the hotel after a day out in the city. The breakfast buffet was a plus too!
