We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. This place was perfect for children. There is a little corner of the outside area for kids with swings, a slide, etc. It's great! My 3 and 6 year old were delighted. There is also a fab little pool that is open from 9 am to 9 pm. The whole area is contained so kids can't run off the property. There is a really charming outdoor, communal kitchen with a cool pizza oven. The property is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre.
