The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historical building. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. It was nice to have a welcome drink. Secure parking was available. Breakfast was included.

Mayroon ang Best Western Plus Riviera Veracruz ng fitness center, hardin, private beach area, at terrace sa Veracruz. Bed. The Hotel is clean and well ran. Beach was fantastic. Restarante very yummy.

Easy to find, very central to the área I was traveling. Very clean place, humble staff, very calma place.

Even though it is located in a very busy boulevard, I had no problems with noise. The beds are OK and the number of pillows provided is good. The room is very spacious and it had a terrace (which I never figured out how to access). It has an OXXO just 100m away.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Ananta Hotel & Spa is situated in Casitas. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Very nice place to lay low and rest. Everything is at hand, the pool, the beach, the restaurant. The weather was particularly nice. There were some other guests but it was not crowed and this is probably due the slightly secluded location of the hotel. A really nice and quite place, perfect for unplugging from daily life.
