The location was beautiful with mountain views. All the staff was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was worth it- complete and varied. In overall, I enjoy my stay. Most friendly people & staff which Dinther utmost best to make you feel welcome. We stayed in a tent, which was perfect. Property located at a remote spot with an astonishing view! Perfect holiday with kids. 2x large swimming pools in main area, which were just perfect for young(er) kids as well, as their entry is rather shallow, slowly gradually getting more deep, making it also suitable for adults. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff is exceptional - so friendly and welcoming - they truly make you feel at home. Our room was fantastic: clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. One detail I really appreciated was the paper napkins provided in the bathroom - a small touch you don’t usually see in accommodations, but I loved it! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again the next time we visit Serra da Estrela! P.S. If they offer you tangerines, definitely take them - they’re super sweet and delicious 😍
