Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... It was in a great location. Good breakfast, pool jakuzi etc. I like the furnitures and the room also.

He is extremely professional and very warm. Made me and family taken care of. He and the chef in the kitchen (cannot remember her name) are easily the best part of our stay. Room was clean and well decorated. Location is excellent. Food quality is top and the prices are very reasonable. We will come back again for sure! Thank you for a great holiday experience
