You get a really individual set up. From the menu to decoration and wedding cake. They do their best to fulfill all your wishes. We will always remember that special day. Thanks a lot for having us and the warm welcome. The home made gløgg is excellent as well. For our wedding we stayed at the lovely apartments in Augustenborg Garden right next to the Café. That was a perfect fit.

The property owned by a former marine cook, invites all clients to relax and enjoy of the nice décor, spacious rooms, and large green surroundings. It is in fact a gem, in -Christiansfeld. The attention dose not stop there. The restaurant is well decorated, and dishes offered are unique, tasteful setting and excellent dishes to enjoy a marvelous dinner. Wine menu is large and international.

I always try to stay here when Im on business trip to Kolding. Our company is located in Taulov and therefore Im also not loosing any time compared to staying in the city on Kolding (travel by car). I choose this place as I find it very cosy and its a very relaxing environment after a long day with meetings. A great plus is the fantastic food and the hospitality. I will be back!

I visited Sonderborg since I have ancestors who went from there to Australia about 150 years ago. I knew very little about the town and the island of Als and wished to learn more. Having spent five days there I am now delighted to know that it is part of my heritage.

It was horrible. The hotel only communicated digitally.
It was horrible. The hotel only communicated digitally. I needed their help because my charger cable could not be removed from the charging station. There was no senior staff in the hotel, only kitchen staff and cleaners.
There was a phone number on the wall poster, but that helpdesk was useless because they could not remotely release the cable.
The trip to Aabenraa cost me an additional 1649 DKK on top of the hotel bill, in order to get a new cable.

Grasten is the place where the Danish royal family spends their Summer vacation at the castle in town.
The town itself is small and very quiet, not a lot of stores and restaurants, especially not for tourists.

Quite place and great location nearby the Lake. The price for the room is hight enough to pay the employees to clean the room, it was dusty and I found 2 spiders. The toilet and bathroom is clean and new renovated.

We really enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. In the morning there was a beautiful sunset. There where fields all around and it was very quiet. The home was nice and clean with a kitchen. The host warmed soup for us. The bed and bathroom are super. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Stars everywhere good Moravian information banners. No HILLS in the City. Honey cake yum yum - local cafes and bars, church, the climb up into the clock tower and the view from there, hotel Brødremenigheden, food and wine beyond expectation, stove manufactory visit with Hans, the band on Sunday morning. The tour of the city buildings visits' to the museum, sister house, archives. The long walk on Sunday afternoon in the woodlands, over the new bridge.
The question is when will I return to finish the visit? How did I find the time to sleep!

We visit Sønderborg quite often.
We visit Sønderborg quite often. It's location at the Baltic Sea and close to the German border make it an attractive location for a day trip or weekend escape. The city center provides lots of shopping options and restaurants. We always enjoy walking along the habor promenade and along the beach.

Very small and lovely place. Little old town with its lovely streets and parks. Easy to walk around, everything is nearby and bus transport between different villages worked well. Favorite place was beach area where we had dinner twice. Very good restaurant in the beach- Under Sejlet (https://www.undersejlet.dk/)

after travelling for almost two days with no internet access...
after travelling for almost two days with no internet access we arrived at the hotel as agreed between 6pm - 7pm. on arrival we were told that the manager had cancelled our booking because they were over booked and he had emailed with this information on the day of our arrival. we were devastated. we had been driving from the Netherlands through Germany and into Denmark for 10 hours and were tired and hungry. the manager informed us that he had booked us into another hotel in the middle of Christiansfeld, no address just a phone number and a zone code. the manager and his staff told us to turn right out of the driveway and head into the main square. we eventually found the hotel only to fin

Calm, clean small town, with cozy streets, harbour and waterfront. Spacious streets, huge green areas, long walks in the fresh air. There are no crowds and congestion. Easy to drive, no traffic.
An excellent place for a relaxing trip of a few days.
