- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 148 reviewsEverything The property is very well organized We received a very warm welcome at the midnight and the room was so comfortable and had best view. The shower had very strong pressure and the Internet was good. Konstantinos ans his mother were so nice and kind as well as the housekeeping lady with beautiful smile. Breakfast was very good and they made the best tea for me(a serious tea drinker) and I enjoyed it very much.Guest review byEmmanouilOman

With a lot of activities and spaces to play (swiming pool, mini-golf, football, tennis, volleyball, ping-pong, chess, scuba, etc.), with direct access to the beach, an extremely professional, extremely pleasant staff who will help you immediately, but above all a place where the seascape combines with everything you could want to find in Greece.Guest review byLavinia ElenaRomania

I felt safe in the town and plan to come back as a solo traveller! The only thing I would be wary of is that the locals use motorbikes to go back and forth with supplies to the restaurants as they are too small to store lots of stock, they come down the road really quick and come close too. For me and my mum it was fine, we were able to navigate around, however for those with young children, older people or less abled may find it difficult to handle dodging them on the slippery stones of the old streets.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

A great place to visit, especially if you take an organized tour (with a guide and a minibus, so you don't struggle with parking) and car traffic on the mountain around the monasteries and other spots in the area. Also, a walk around the village is very much worthyGuest review bybungureaRomania - 10.0

Skopelos town is beautiful as you would expect and you have everything you need a short stroll away. Supermarkets, bakeries and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Amazing in the evening and very vibrant. Romantic dinners by the shore along with cool cocktail bars in the backstreets. Great vibe.Guest review byChristosAustralia - 10.0

The water is clean and warm, and it's not crowded if you prefer a quiet and peaceful vacation. There are many beaches and places to visit, and nothing is far away. Villages in the hills are especially interesting, very picturesque with authentic architecture. The air is much fresher and not as hot as on the coast.Guest review bySandraSerbia - 10.0

Alonnissos has great beaches, excellent food (traditional and modern), nice weather and a few folklore and antiquities (mainly on the Ottoman period, while some underwater archaeological sites are developing right now). It's good to have a car (and even better a 4X4), since most beaches are not in walking distance. Chora (the old village) is really pittoresque.Guest review byCostisGreece - 10.0

Staying in Larisa is like staying in Thessaloniki only the distances are all walkable and everywhere you go is safe! You will enjoy the BEST coffee in all Greece no doubt and the food options are many and will satisfy all needs! The shops are also top quality with normal prices and you will find a place to have a ether a quiete or a loud drink every nightGuest review bysilogos1Greece - 10.0

Lovely beachfront with great restaurants - with the backdrop of green forested mountains. Beautiful, but you also need to hire a vehicle to get around the mountain passes to other picture perfect beaches like Milopotamos or Ntamouchari.Guest review byGarySouth Africa - 10.0

Very beautiful traditional Greek mountain village with small shops (local products) and few restaurants. Difficult to find parking in the center of the village, one public parking but it's very small. Easy to make road trips around Pelion area - go around if you have a car, this is one of the most beautiful regions in Greece (also in summer, not only winter). Some part of the roads (in Pelion area, not in Portaria) were destroyed in winter 2024 during storms. Unfortunately, they were still destroyed in July 2024. You can go around by car, roads are not closed, but needs a bit attention in many places and wouldn't recommend to drive at night (dark). Time from Portaria to beach (Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero) took from us abt 40 min so take your time. To Village "Kala Nera" (nice beach, long with plenty of place in July) a bit less.Guest review byPIALIISAGreece - 10.0

Very nice city with long pedestrian streets, a nice river promenade and many many bars, restaurants, eateries, cafes. A big plus is the farmers market happening every day next to the central square. Lots of things to do around, visit Meteora, trekking in the Pindus mountains, visit the museums and moreGuest review bySotos TsourtosNetherlands - 10.0

Tsagarada is a charming village, renowned for its extraordinary natural beauty and unique setting. Settled in the heart of a chestnut forest, it attracts many visitors during the summertime who come to enjoy its peaceful atmosphere, breathtaking views and offering of an excellent traditional cuisine deeply rooted in the Pelion region’s rich culinary heritage. Founded in 1500, Tsagarada is composed of four picturesque settlements, each centered around beautifully restored old churches: Taxiarches, Agia Paraskevi, Agia Kyriaki, and Agios Stephanos. These churches are notable for their exquisite wooden carved iconostases. Tsagarada offers a perfect blend of nature, history, and tradition, making it a truly unforgettable destination.Guest review byTihomir NikolovskiNorth Macedonia
