It’s in the middle of nature, with beautiful views everywhere. I’ve seen some comments on the steep climbing, but that’s just part of the great surroundings. Food was excellent and plenty of options.

Situated in Sidros, 24 km from Canicada Lake, Hotel Rural Misarela features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Hotel Rural Misarela was one of our trip's highlights. It is a renovated, small, cosy hotel, located at the edge of the park. The rooms are lovely and have a porch with a hammock overlooking the view. There is a large, comfortable living room, shared by the guests, with sofas, a coffee machine, pool room, many books and board games. There are also bicycles the guests can use. The breakfast was excellent and very generous. But most of all, the staff! Bernardo who owns the place with his father was super helpful, gave us great tips for hiking trails. His father was extremely nice and gave us recommendations for near by restaurants. Another very nice and helpful young woman (unfortunately I don't know her name) was very helpful, pleseant and patient with all our questions. Highly recommended!

Selina Geres ligger i Geres, 4,2 km fra Geres termalspa, og tilbyr overnatting med utendørsbasseng, avgiftsfri, privat parkering, en fellesstue og hage. A gorgeous retreat in the heart of Gères National Park. We stayed in the glamping tents with our two dogs (retriever and Australian shepherd). Couldn’t believe the tents had air conditioning. This place is definitely a gem. They had a pool over looking the lake and the park offers all types of adventures from horseback riding to canyoning. And for those looking to relax, they also offered yoga classes, massages, and guided nature/river walks. WiFi reached everywhere, had great service. Staff was wonderful - they even gave us charcoal briquettes to grill! Highly recommend! I would come back in a heartbeat.

Featuring outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Tempus Hotel & Spa has a spa, a wellness centre and a restaurant. Nice spa available and is included in the costs. Plenty of available parking. The hotel is close to the villa. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff was friendly.
