United KingdomWe loved lampang and we loved staying at Le Neuf. The place is new, modern, tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious,super clean and very well equipped. There's daily housekeeping, free bikes and also an option to rent a motorbike.
I must mention how good our host was : welcoming, friendly, very attentive to our needs. He also gave us lots of tips and advices to best explore Lampang. Finally, he gave us a lift to the train station on our last day.
One of our best stay in Thailand. Highly recommended!!!

United Statesbreakfast can be better but it served the purpose as i only stayed 2 nights. Location was great, we walked almost everywhere we went. Central, the River Bars and restaurant, Coffee Shops. They allowed me to use the GYM after normal hours in the evening.

The location of the hotel is great: it is right at the center of the old town where I could walked to many places like temples, the weekend market, and many restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities were very clean and sufficient. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Room was spacious. Smart TV was in the room which made my night relaxing. Breakfast provided was delicious with a wide array of options. Security system of tapping your room card before going up elevator was also nice. Overall, very worth the price!

This is a magnificent country lodge in the midst of a nature park.
The lily pond is a real delight. They also have a sunset 'sala' by the river.
The pool above the pond is also a very pleasant place to be.

The location is perfect. The staff are without exception, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a lovely ground floor riverfront room when they realized we were elderly. That was very thoughtful.

Lamphun is a small town with friendly, smiling people everywhere. If I visit Thailand again, I’d love to come back and stay longer. Walking around the town, you can see many temples and experience the local charm.

If you want authentic Thailand then Lampang is the place...
If you want authentic Thailand then Lampang is the place visit. It is away from the tourist hotspots the people are coming and friendly and always have a smile for you. I found this cafe called Glint that is run by a lovely young couple can I highly recommend it food is excellent and the prices are amazing. Lots of temples local flora and fauna and most of all they don’t overcharge all in all its a lovely town.

I found a lot of the locals to be quite stand offish with white people. It was the only town we visited that felt like that in all of northern thailand. for that reason, I would not come back to Lampang.
