A szállás összképe, a kert a kerti pihenők a szobák, a kedves személyzet, még éjfél után is fogadtak megjegyzés nélkül. Nagyon csendes, jó levegőjű hely. Az egész létesítmény nagyon családias, a béke szigete.

The Kato Waidi is a slice of heaven. The sand court, the incredible Nile views, hearing the calls to prayer; we loved it here. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and being in the heart of the Nubian Village was a pure treat. They arranged a camel ride to St. Simeon's Monastery for us. It was so fun riding through the Nubian Village and Desert. It was a joy working with them. We stayed 4 nights and wish we were there longer.

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

A kedves fogadtatás, segítőkészség. Családias hangulat. A szoba kiváló volt, minden volt benne amire szükségünk volt az 1 éjszakára, amit ott töltöttünk. A reggeli tartalmas. Nagyon finom volt a hibiszkusz juice 😉

Seriously one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, made in the Nubian style but with the luxuries of a real resort. The pool is stunning with a lot of Arabian sofa's to chill on, ... We had a wonderful room with very comfortable beds and a phenomenal view of Aswan. You can also visit Aswan if you like with a 10min tuktuk ride and a 10min speedboat trip. All of the personnel are so friendly and helpful, everybody smiles and you can really ask anything and they are standing in line to help you out. The cherry on top of all the personnel is Ossama, the manager. He is exceptional. We had some misunderstanding with people from our Nile cruise and he took matters into his hands and arranged everything for us with the people from the cruise. He was always asking if everything was fine and really made time everyday to talk with all the guests. Also the food is great and you get a lot of it! Everything is fresh and if you want something special they will get it for you.
