Our organization with Sayed was fabulous, he was very accommodating & helpful. Sayed also organized an extra Tour for us to Abu Simble. Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Location of the hotel, by the Nile is amazing. Outside areas of the pool with restaurants by the river and the infinity pool in the spa area is really great. Nice bar, great breakfest and nicely decorated reception and lobby area.

Excellent hotel , clean and great buffet, communal areas, pool, gardens, the view and the sunset is stunning from this hotel ! Located right by the river Nile, provides boat service and we took one boat ride with Ali..his story is very interesting. The shops have clothes and gifts items, the security is high, a bit too far from central Luxor. The entire place is very big and spread out and it's very peaceful and beautiful.
